The material withstands heavy mechanical loads, absorbs virtually no moisture, and is suitable for use at low temperatures. HMPE-1000 excels in applications where friction, wear, and impact play a crucial role.
Well-known trade names for HMPE-1000 include Tivar® 1000, Polystone® M, and Hostalen® GUR 4120. These grades are widely used in bulk handling, machinery construction, and the food industry.
